Black Snow Chapter 1The city of fortune Belbo was once a very colorful city, oozing with diversity and activity that kept all the citizens of the illustious city occupied for hours on end. This city along with with several other cities have unfortunately fallen to the Umpire, a unionized empire ruled by a dictator known only to the world as Sin. Although with it being called a unionized empire one would think that it was made up of a council. The truth is that the Umpire is but a figurehead to the world so that wars can stay under control, but I know the truth.
